A woman who suffered from fiber-mycology hesitated to participate in the introductory weekend with Karina, although she felt inclined to come. As the organiser, I convinced her to come. When I saw her after the end of the first day dancing and singing and full of vitality and enthusiasm, now that was inspirational. Her pains originated from severe feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem, always complaining, “If I had done this or that … I should have done it differently” … etc.
She told the group: “This is the first time in six years that I can move my hips; wait till I get home and my family members see me and hear me.”
When we are ready to open up to our potentials, the voice is the safest tool to break through our limitations and to guide us.
